Our veal animals are sourced from local dairy farms and reared on farm here at Fossil in small groups, in light & airy, spacious conditions.

The resulting product is delicately flavoured and has a rosy pink hue.

English welfare-friendly veal is highly fashionable and is remarkably tender and lean, which appeals to even the busiest of consumers, who after a taxing day at work are looking for a healthy meat that cooks extremely quickly.

Our veal has great versatility in its culinary uses as it can be cooked in the classical Italian style recipes or used in traditional beef dishes.
